How the Quote Process Works

I keep the quote process simple and transparent so you always know what to expect.

1. You send in your project details. Once I receive your intake form, I review everything you’ve shared — dimensions, style ideas, photos, and any notes about how you plan to use the piece.
2. I create a rough plan. I’ll sketch out an initial concept for your project. This usually includes the overall design direction, proportions, and any important construction details.
3. You review and request changes. You can confirm the plan as‑is or ask for adjustments. This is where we fine‑tune the design so it fits your space and your needs perfectly.
4. I prepare your quote. Once the design is locked in, I price out the materials and estimate the labor required. I’ll send you a clear, detailed quote so you can make an informed decision.
